I have a couple of clients who never relax during their facials. They like to talk, sometimes even take a call while I’m working on them. What should I do?

Nothing. Each client comes to us for their own reasons, and conduct themselves according to their personalities.

The main thing is that they leave satisfied with their experience, and trying to force someone to relax when they are more interested in stimulation is not the way to win their favor.

I had clients who talked from the moment they entered the treatment room until they rescheduled. I let them lead and they were happy to.

All I needed to do was listen and be agreeable. It was easy. Try not to enforce your preferred routine or style on a client. They’ll let you know how they want the appointment to go. Now YOU can relax!
