I’m pretty new as an esthetician. The new clients I get say they’re happy with my facials but almost none of them reschedule. Am I doing something wrong?

The same thing happened with me during my first months of working in esthetics.


My clients would tell me they enjoyed the treatment but not ask to book again.


I finally realized the reason they weren’t rescheduling was because I wasn’t suggesting they do! I was leaving it up to the customer to ask for another appointment when I needed to lead them to the idea.


I changed my client consultation to include advice on future visits, then following the treatment, asked the client to return at a date a few weeks or month ahead. Most scheduled for another visit!
