Turns out, skincare pros don't have to be supermodels!

We don’t have to be young, slender, and classically beautiful to succeed in esthetics.


While supermodel features might be nice most of us are average in appearance, many carrying extra pounds, or lack a compelling stage or social media personality.


But is that what our customers expect from us, or do the majority of them look like the example I described? No.


Some of the most successful estheticians I have met would never get a modeling contract or be asked to be a keynote speaker at a trade event.


But, they possess the qualities most customers expect from a skincare professional: knowledge, empathy, warmth, and a competent service performance. Be glad to be you and give your best to your customers. That’s all you really need!
