No, not bad at all. There's no rule that says you have to perform extractions to create a legitimate facial treatment. The question is, however, what do your clients want or expect? If skilled extractions is on that list you're pretty well set up to lose them or earn a poor social media review. It's easy to avoid this result by asking clients what their preferences are before beginning a treatment. No need to stumble into a problem. But, if your reservations about extractions have to do with fear or lack of training, getting that training is a great place to overcome what could be a costly inhibition.
As estheticians we're all different. Just be who you are unless that "who" can be improved through education and practice.
